Ingredients
4 cups all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt
2 cups Siggi's 0% plain yogurt
Directions

1. Preheat the oven to 375°F.

 

2. Add flour, salt, and baking soda to a mixing bowl and mix together with a fork. Pour in the filmjölk and stir briskly with the fork until the ingredients are combined and it holds together.

 

3. Turn the dough out onto a lightly floured surface and kneed for 30 seconds. Pat into an 8-inch and 1 1/2 inch thick round on a greased or parchment-lined baking sheet. Use a knife to cut an “x” in the top of the bread.

 

4. Bake for 45 minutes. Let cool for 5 minutes before transferring to a wire rack. Wrap in a lightly damp towel and let cool completely.

 

5. Enjoy with butter or jam.
